**About your new role**
As a Group Manager Controls you will Lead and manage the enterprise central Controls team, this will include development of the controls library and controls register, leading the development of the individual controls, optimise controls management performance, testing and delivering on ongoing controls uplift to support business operations. You will deliver robust controls management solutions, harnessing automation to drive an increase in the efficacy of the control framework and execution efficiencies. You will design, deliver and manage the controls library and register, ensuring maintenance of the register, testing of controls on a risk-based approach and conduct frequent Risk and Control Self Assessments.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Undergraduate degree in a legal, commercial, or business field.
- Experience in developing, uplifting, testing and improving controls and related processes, including control design, implementation, and ongoing management.
- Deep experience as a operational risk, operations control, or compliance senior manager within a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability in developing effective relationships and managing and driving change across a complex multi-jurisdictional business.
- Ability to interpret data and information and the provision of key insights.
- High degree of competency in producing effective management reporting and insight
- Interpret and understand internal and external customer needs and meet their requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory obligations as they relate to the organisation the Casino Control Act, the Gambling/gaming industry would be highly regarded
- Ability to communicate and implement all statutory requirements and internal policies and standards.
