Create impact as a Workers' Compensation Consultant
Your Role
Be part of a growing business We're looking for multiple Workers' Compensation Consultant to join our high-energy team based in Boorloo (Perth).

This is a dynamic role, with a strong focus on injury management and optimal return to health for injured workers.
This role provides you with excellent exposure, working with diverse stakeholders and responding to a high volume of calls. You'll provide subject matter expertise and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
This role offers great flexibility, with a requirement to work from the office two days per week post training. We are open to part-time work arrangements.
About You
We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
* Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous
* Competent phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries
* Demonstrated ability to show resilience and empathy towards customers
* Developed communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
* Proficient with computers & systems – juggling multiple software systems at the same time
