We aim to prioritize hearing care on the healthcare agenda and improve the quality of life for people with hearing loss.ResponsibilitiesWe seek a passionate, customer-focused individual to serve as a Clinic Co-Ordinator on a Part-Time basis—Monday to Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM—with potential for additional days and hours, supporting various clinics around North Perth (own vehicle and driving ability essential). If you're interested in helping clients enhance their hearing and quality of life, this role is for you.This pivotal role in each clinic contributes to overall performance and improves customer experience. We need a dedicated, purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing solutions.You will work alongside Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes.You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
