The Education, Training & Simulation at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Clinical Support Officer) to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Clinical Support Officer is the key person responsible for the coordination of evidence-based practice improvement activities throughout the Mackay Hospital and Health Service.
The coordinator facilitates and develops clinicians assisting them to develop documents based on clinical practice improvement.
Provides education and support to staff who are actively seeking to support changes in clinical care through best practice or evidenced based research methods supporting the change through procedural documentation.
