About the Role
* This position will be responsible for enhancing workforce competency, capacity and development of the Mental Health & Specialised Services team.
* The successful candidate will coordinate undergraduate, postgraduate and student participation according to relevant health professional standards, requirements and learning objectives.
* They will provide educational leadership to build workforce capacity and foster a culture of lifelong learning.
* Accountable for the coordination and delivery of a clinical education curriculum that addresses the learning and development needs of staff and their capacity to provide quality care every day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance and monitor workforce competency, capacity and development of the Mental Health & Specialised Services team.
2. Coordinate undergraduate, postgraduate and student participation according to relevant health professional standards, requirements and learning objectives.
3. Provide educational leadership to build workforce capacity and foster a culture of lifelong learning.
4. Coordinate and deliver a clinical education curriculum that addresses the learning and development needs of staff and their capacity to provide quality care every day.

* Competitive remuneration package value up to $164,212 p.a., comprising salary between $132,562 - $143,924 p.a.
