Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
* Monitor and optimise supply chain performance, KPIs, and costs
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders
* Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain activities
* Lead, coach, and manage supply chain team members
* Analyse data to provide insights and support strategic supply chain decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Proven experience in supply chain management or operations
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office
* Australian work rights are required
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
* Experience managing vendor contracts and negotiations
* Understanding of international shipping, customs, and trade regulations
* Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment
