The Role
TrussTech has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Sales Representative based in Dry Creek, with remote working also available. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales while upholding the professionalism and quality of service that TrussTech is renowned for. Key responsibilities comprise:
1. Customer service, addressing orders and pricing inquiries.
2. Swiftly responding to RFQs through phone, email, and referrals.
3. Generating leads by visiting opportunities in the field.
4. Nurturing and converting leads into quotes.
5. Identifying new customers and business prospects.
6. Employing consultative techniques to engage key decision-makers.
7. Securing referrals to cultivate new client relationships.
8. Cross-selling complementary products.
9. Provide weekly reports on your sales pipeline and activities.
The successful applicant will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or a related role.
* A proven track record in selling to carpenters, builders, or form workers (preferred but not mandatory).
* Exceptional customer service skills.
