We are seeking an R&D / Formulation Chemist to join our growing team in Somersby. This role will suit candidates at any experience level who are eager to apply their creativity and technical expertise across a diverse product portfolio.
You will be involved in developing and improving formulations across high‑end cosmetic and personal care products, as well as over‑the‑counter therapeutic providing exposure to a broad and technically engaging range of work.
The role:
* Develop new products from initial formulation through to commercialisation.
* Improve and optimise existing formulations and manufacturing processes.
* Provide technical troubleshooting and support to production teams.
* Conduct validation, stability and efficacy testing of formulations.
* Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documenting of testing and analysis.
* Prepare pilot batches and support laboratory-to-manufacturing scale up.
* Implement and maintain standards in line with TGA and GMP.
