We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our caring and professional team, committed to providing high standards of clinical care to our elderly residents.

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Riverview, you will provide safe and effective clinical care to residents, support the care team, and contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
* Respond to clinical issues and escalate concerns as required
* Support and supervise care staff, ensuring best practices are followed
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
* Collaborate with the wider care team, residents, and their families
Note: This role does not involve developing care plans

About You
You are a compassionate and reliable nurse who enjoys working in a team and has a genuine interest in aged care.
Essential Criteria:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in aged care or a strong desire to work in the sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Up-to-date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations (as per requirements)
Desirable:
* Familiarity with electronic clinical systems
* Understanding of aged care compliance and standards
