Change Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months
Commencement: ASAP (short notice periods considered)
Location: Fremantle, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Rate: $70 per hour + super
About the Role
Our client is undertaking a payroll system replacement project, including the integration of time sheeting into Oracle. To support this transition, they are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to work closely with the Project Manager and lead change management activities that ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive Change Management plan, outlining activities, sequencing, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, develop training materials, and deliver training.
Monitor engagement, leadership support, business readiness, and adoption through execution of feedback plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in change analysis, particularly in technology change and training.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, including advanced report writing and presentation skills.
Desirable qualifications: PMP, APGM, Prosci, CCMP, CPCM.
Experience with ERP/Payroll project management.
