* Capture business context and requirements effectively.
* Support defining features, stories, and benefits during the Discovery phase and Delivery.
* Facilitate elaboration sessions; participate in and facilitate other workshops as necessary.
* Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, focusing on collaborative problem-solving.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable user stories.
To be successful in this position, you should:
* Possess demonstrable experience in data analysis or a related field.
* HAVE exposure to large enterprise environments would be beneficial.
* Understand data processes (DB2, Redshift, DMS, CDC) and database concepts.
* Be proficient in querying DB2 and Redshift to identify available tables and data.
* Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, testing, and issue investigation.
* Able to analyze data to identify anomalies or gaps and support acquisition needs.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ceremonies, culture, and practices.
* Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
