Job Summary The Account Coordinator supports the Account Management and Sales teams by coordinating client accounts, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, accurate reporting, and efficient internal coordination to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Support Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts for day-to-day queries. Assist Account Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing account administration. Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams. Sales & Commercial Support Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies. Track orders, renewals, and contract milestones. Support sales activities, including CRM updates and pipeline reporting. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems. Prepare reports on account performance, service delivery, and client activity. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual obligations. Coordination & Communication Liaise with operations, finance, and service teams to ensure timely service delivery. Coordinate scheduling, service requests, and follow-ups. Escalate issues appropriately and assist in resolving client concerns. Compliance & Quality Ensure all work complies with Australian employment, privacy, and WHS legislation. Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
