**The Opportunity**
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in managing and leading a passionate team, together with a team of two other Head Teachers you will work collaboratively to deliver a high level of course completion and customer satisfaction. Your high-level stakeholder engagement experience will be key to your success, with the main focus of your role being building interstate relationships and increasing activity outside the state of NSW.
You have the ambition and drive to mentor your staff and students, passing on your experience and knowledge within a high-growth industry. Previous experience in training and assessing in an adult learning environment is essential along with the ability to drive the delivery strategy forward.
You will also be flexible in your delivery of information including face-to-face and connected learning platforms.
**To be considered for the role you will have**:
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Demonstrated ability to identify and build commercially viable education and training products and services for the emergency management sector.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with any or all of the following key stakeholder groups:
a. Emergency response agencies
b. Land management agencies
c. Local government
- Minimum two (3) years full-time experience leadership role
- Proven administrative skills including high level written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve great results
