Academic Opportunity in Medicine
We seek a dedicated academic to contribute to teaching, assessment, and academic support for medical students enrolled in the Joint Medical Program.

To be considered for appointment at Level B (Lecturer), you will have:
* A doctoral qualification/PhD or equivalent accreditation and standing in Medicine.
* Current registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA with no restrictions, notations or conditions.
* Proven experience in teaching, assessment, and/or curriculum development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
* Evidence of leadership through peer mentoring or clinical leadership roles.
* A commitment to collaborative engagement with clinicians and health services to improve healthcare outcomes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach to supporting all aspects of the Joint Medical Program.
* A current driver's licence.
To be considered for appointment at Level C (Senior Lecturer), you will also have:
* Unconditional registration as a Specialist Medical Practitioner with AHPRA (or equivalent), with recent clinical experience.
* Active Fellowship with a recognised Australian Specialty College.
* Demonstrated leadership in learning and teaching, including course coordination, curriculum development, and mentoring at undergraduate, honours and postgraduate levels.
* A strong record of clinical supervision of medical students, junior doctors, and registrars.
* A track record of collaborative, health-related research or quality improvement initiatives.
* Proven leadership and management capabilities.
