We are seeking an Administration Assistant with a focus on general office administration to keep our staff and projects running smoothly. The position is available for an immediate start or starting as late as January 2026.
Casual position – 20 to 25 hours per week. $35 per hour.
We are a small surveying office based in Ballina and require an Administration Assistant. The hours are negotiable, with potential for school hours.
You would need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, and having experience using Xero accounting software would be an advantage.
The position involves:
- General admin work – answering phone calls, preparing quotes, setting up project folders, and maintaining our Outlook calendar.
- Liaising with Council and Solicitors and lodging applications through the NSW Planning Portal.
- Ordering Survey plans and titles.
