Job Description
As a Data Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing OMIX3, a cutting-edge data platform for research and clinical samples. You will develop innovative digital solutions to enable sharing and analysis of human omic and phenotype data.
* Pipeline Development: Create production-grade tools for automated data flows, including archiving, cataloguing, and analysis of sensitive human omics datasets.
* System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new software features and integration points.
* Quality Assurance: Design and execute test plans, lead code reviews, and maintain high-quality codebases.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work with diverse stakeholders to align technical solutions with project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong passion for data pipelines and systems integration.
