Role Description
This is a full‐time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities for some remote work. The ELICOS International Student Recruitment Manager (Asian Markets) will oversee the recruitment of international students with a focus on the Asian market. Day‐to‐day tasks include executing student recruitment strategies, managing relationships with education agents, collaborating with marketing teams, conducting market research, developing training programs, and ensuring high‐quality support for prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
* Proven skills and experience in International Recruitment and Student Recruiting, particularly in the Asian market.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students and agents.
* Recruiting experience with a focus on placing students in educational programs.
* Prior experience or familiarity with training, especially related to student onboarding, agent management, or program awareness.
* Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the Asian market is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
* Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and ability to travel as necessary.
