- Initiative, energy, and a sense of humour
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration, support, and idea-sharing
- ACECQA approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
- A current Working with Children's Check
- A current Police Check
- Current certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid, or a willingness to obtain them
- A deep understanding of diversity and a commitment to inclusion and acceptance
- Australian working rights
