Residential Care Officer for a base wage between $76,550- $80,000 per year, depending on skill level + Superannuation - Overtime and Penalty Rates are also available
As a Residential Care Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to live with dignity, comfort and choice. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a welcoming community, working alongside a dedicated team that truly values respect, inclusion and quality of life.
Keep residents' clothing stored neatly and organised.
•Correctly return laundered clothing to the appropriate residents' rooms.
•Help deliver specialised nursing care under supervision, following individual care plans.
•Support compliance with the Aged Care Standards and company policies.
•Attend team meetings, training sessions, and mandatory education programs.
•Identify personal training needs and take part in ongoing learning.
•Recognise and report potential risks or complaints relevant to the role.
•Follow all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and safe work practices.
•Follow and champion all organisational policies and procedures.
Up-to-date annual flu vaccination and full COVID-19 immunisation.
•Signed statutory declaration disclosing any serious overseas criminal history.
•Minimum 1-year relevant, full-time experience.
•Valid driver's licence and own transport.
