Program Manager - Domestic And Family Violence
We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead and support a team of specialist DFV caseworkers, providing remote management and supervision.
The successful candidate will implement and maintain a high-quality case management framework, grounded in intersectional feminist, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice. They will provide mentoring and leadership, including supervision, training, and one-on-one support to build best-practice capability across the team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity and reporting standards, supporting accurate data collection and preparation of program reports. They will also manage contracts, funding, and service agreements, ensuring program targets are met and resources are aligned with budget planning.

About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or extensive experience coordinating DFV services.
* Proven leadership in trauma-informed, strengths-based case management that prioritizes client safety and wellbeing.
* Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team empowerment.
* Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and contribute to funding submissions and stakeholder engagement.
