Ministerial & Government Communications Officer
Drafting responses to Ministers and preparing Business Communications.
Advising the Executive Director and Senior Managers on communication protocols.
Researching and preparing responses for complex Ministerial matters.
Developing initial responses for Ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, speech notes, media statements, parliamentary questions, and other high-level communications.
Coordinating updates to agency briefing notes for Budget Estimates, Cabinet meetings, and other requirements.
Supervising employees.
The role involves:

About you:
Government Ministerial and Communications experience is mandatory.
Parliamentary knowledge is essential.
Comfortable leading teams and directing job flow.
The ability to hit the ground running, positive and engaging.
Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
