Responsibilities
* Expertly breaking, cutting and portioning meat as per daily worksheets or under the direction of senior butcher staff or management
* Regularly assessing stock levels and the aging of meat to minimise carry forwards and reduce wastage
* Promptly communicating any meat quality or specification issues to senior staff or management
* Completing all tasks in an accurate, productive and timely manner
* Assisting fellow butchers with their tasks and job sheets when required
* Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the factory and helping butchering colleagues with end of day cleaning and factory closure
* Adhering to the Company's HAACP, Work, Health & Safety (WH&S), and Quality Assurance Guidelines
* Reporting any workplace accidents to the First Aid Officer and logging incidents in the Accident Logbook

Relevant Experience
A Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter (preferred).
