In this role, you will support the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing, while assisting with a variety of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Payroll coding and implementation of award v enterprise agreement interpretation.
* Assist with fast and accurate data entry using Excel.
* Providing support to other team members with varied duties.
* Managing the filing of both manual and computerised records and correspondence.
* Timesheet management.
* Ability to use computer programs such as Preceda, Adobe and Excel.
* Assist with end-of-month processing and reporting.
* Provide general administrative support to the team.
About you
* Payroll experience is desired but not essential.
* Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.
* Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
* Capability to plan, organise, and work within deadlines.
* Interest in advancing your career in payroll and finance.
* Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
* Passionate about learning new skills.
