Goldstar Transport are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist/Customer service administrator to join our busy transport company. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and can confidently manage both front of house and administrative responsibilities.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting day to day operations across the office. No two days will be the same, and a flexible, can-do attitude is essential
Key responsibilities:
Managing front reception, phone calls, emails and visitor enquiries
Providing professional customer service to drivers, clients and suppliers
General admin duties including data entry, document preparation, ordering, inventory and uniform preparation.
Assisting operations and management with ad-hoc tasks as required
Running local errands when needed
Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming office environment
About you:
Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service (transport or logistics experience highly regarded.
Proficient in Microsoft office
Knowledge of power point presentations
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
A self-starter who can work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current AU Drivers license
Reliable, adaptable and happy to be a general all-rounder
