Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end insurance process for clients from initial pre-assessment and application, through underwriting, to policy implementation and ongoing service. They will work closely with financial advisors to ensure clients' life insurance, income protection, Total & Permanent Disability (TPD), and trauma cover needs are met.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, driving the end-to-end advice and implementation process, coordinating and managing insurance claims, providing technical support to advisors on insurance strategies and product selection, and maintaining meticulous electronic files and records.
* Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for clients.
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
This is a full-time role with flexible arrangements available for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years in a financial planning Client Services or insurance administration role and preferably 5+ years of hands-on experience in life insurance operations.
