AREA MANAGER - Outlet Stores - Geelong Based
Are you ready to take the world by storm? We're recruiting for a energetic and engaged Area Manager to join our client who is at the forefront of street and core fashion. If you're a high-energy individual with a flair for trendsetting, a knack for driving sales and a passion for effecting reports, then this is the role for you!
As the Outlet Store Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind these stores successes, overseeing inventory and sales planning at the Head Office two days a week working with the planners and buyers. But that's not all - you'll also be diving into the heart of the action, managing day-to-day operations for up to 8 outlet stores...!
Your mission? To ignite excitement, elevate style, and ensure that your stores are buzzing with energy, excitement but most of all.... STOCK!
Think you've got what it takes to rock this Outlet Area Manager role? Here's what we're looking for:
- High energy and passion for bricks and mortar stores
- Some experience in inventory management and sales planning VERY HIGHLY REGARDED
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for driving results
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Incredible understanding of managing numbers / results / retail logistics
