Room Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As an experienced educator, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning environments and supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
The successful candidate will be a qualified educator with a Diploma qualification, who has experience working with children from birth to six years old. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a full-time or part-time working week, with at least four days per week. This role requires:
* Preparing and setting up engaging learning environments, educational resources, and play materials.
* Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and discovery.
* Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a genuine sense of belonging and trust.
* Guiding children's behaviour through patience, encouragement, and role modelling of positive interactions.
* Supervising and engaging children during daily routines, indoor and outdoor play, and group experiences.
* Promoting and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and wellbeing for all children in care.
* Communicating effectively with families and team members to ensure consistent, transparent, and supportive care.
