About the role
We are seeking a full-time tech-savvy, motivated customer service pro to join our top-rated (and rapidly growing) online sales team. The role will be located at our Bunbury Support Office (above Bunbury Retravision).
As a vital part of our online team, you'll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our online customers — offering outstanding customer support and sharing your expert knowledge of our products.

What you'll be doing
* Provide friendly and attentive phone, email, and chat support to ensure our online customers have a positive shopping experience
* Accurately process order transactions
* Maintain minor digital assets in an accurate and timely manner
What we're looking for
* Permanent work rights in Australia
(NB. we are not an approved business sponsor and therefore unable to sponsor applicants)
* Previous experience in a sales or similar online support role
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
* Numerical skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and process online sales transactions
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
* A valid current Western Australian Driver's Licence
* Police Clearance (less than 2 months old)
* Demonstrated understanding of workplace, health and safety
