About the Role
No two days are the same! You could be handling:
* A burst pipe in Brisbane suburbs
* Fire damage in surrounding areas
* Mould remediation in residential or commercial properties
* Complex restoration projects across South East QLD
We specialise in emergency and restoration services, responding when people need us most. You’ll be attending jobs that truly matter—helping clients through challenging situations and making a real difference.
You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and senior team, building your skills while contributing to a company that values adaptability, focus, quality, and safety. Whether you’re new to the industry or highly experienced, we’ll support your growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Property restoration including:
o Mould remediation
o Fire damage cleaning
o Water damage restoration
o Drug lab decontamination
o Complex losses
* Onsite reporting using mobile platforms
* Deliver high-quality service with empathy and care
We’re Looking For
* Experience in restoration or related industries (preferred)
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Physically fit (able to lift 20kg unaided)
* Respect for all cultures and backgrounds
* Confidence using mobile tech/reporting tools
You Must Also Be Willing To
* Participate in a rotating on-call roster (with strong financial incentives)
* Obtain or hold:
o White Card
o IICRC Certification (can be completed while working)
* Pass drug and alcohol testing as required
* Be based in or willing to work across Brisbane
* Have Australian working rights
