The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major incidents and resolving complex problems in a telecom network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead incident management processes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and application support.
* Proficiency in Perl, Python, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
* Experience with DevOps tools, Kubernetes, Rancher, Grafana, DNS, DHCP, WebMail, database and application clusters, Airflow, and Ansible.
* Knowledge of telecom OSS domain principles and practices (2+ years).
