The Role
Short‐term HR assignments offer exposure across a variety of industries and environments. Typical responsibilities may include:
* Providing day‐to‐day HR administrative and operational support
* Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
* Maintaining HR systems and employee records
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
* Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR reports
* Supporting HR projects, policy updates, and compliance activities
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR‐related queries
The Candidate

* Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Coordinator role
