The Role
Coodanup College is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join their leadership team. This position will blend portfolios of Student Services, focusing on leading year groups, and Teaching and Learning, leading the school in its focus on high expectations and achievement. Experience in Senior School and knowledge of Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), General and Foundation pathways, Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) is highly desirable.
To be successful in this role you should be a passionate educator, committed to making a difference in the lives of young people, with exceptional interpersonal, organisational and management skills and outstanding leadership capabilities. You should have the capacity to develop innovative programs and review school processes where evidence‐based decision‐making will be regular practice.
The successful applicant will lead year groups in promoting the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) values: 'We will learn', 'We will be fair', 'We will be proud', and 'We will be safe' throughout the classrooms and our community. They will build positive relationships with students, staff and the broader community, function as an agile leader across Student Services and Curriculum leadership, and actively support the growth of the school's positive culture. They should be dedicated, innovative and proactive in ensuring that the student services team provides students, parents and teachers with outstanding service, with skills and experience working in a pastoral care capacity highly desirable.

Eligibility
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
