Connecting Client-Side Project Management & Facilities Management Professionals with leading Developers and Client-Side Consultancies in Australia -… Work directly with the Head of Operations Get exposure to all areas of the development lifecycle Salary between $130,000 - $150,000 + Super A leading Build-to-Rent developer is seeking a Project Manager – Mobilisation to join the Melbourne team to work alongside the operations team across newly developed assets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from development to operational readiness.
You will work across all areas of the lifecycle and will be the conduit between development, leasing/marketing, finance, delivery, tech, defecting, and FM to ensure the business is working as one cohesive unit.
Key Responsibilities Oversee asset mobilisation, aligning with business goals and timelines. Act as the key liaison between Operations, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Development. Lead transition meetings and report key milestones to senior stakeholders. Support site teams in onboarding, training, and operational readiness. Manage logistics for post-completion activities, including furnishing and leasing setup. Ensure data integration, marketing alignment, and technology optimisation. Drive ancillary revenue strategies and refine operational budgets. Conduct post-mobilisation reviews to enhance future rollouts. Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. About You Experience in mobilising residential or commercial assets. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Adaptable, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in MS Office and property systems.
