Role Summary
The Senior Change Manager will lead the change strategy and delivery for a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation. This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working, while embedding the Prosci methodology as the enterprise-wide standard for change.
The position plays a critical role in uplifting leadership capability, coordinating enterprise change initiatives, and ensuring change is human‐centred, structured and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end change strategy for the ERP program from design through to implementation and benefits realisation
* Align change activities with delivery milestones, readiness and operational impacts
* Embed Prosci methodology across ERP and broader organisational initiatives
* Conduct stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments
* Coach and support executives and leaders to effectively sponsor and lead change
* Integrate change capability into leadership frameworks and development programs
* Coordinate ERP change with other major enterprise initiatives to reduce change fatigue
* Partner with HR, Communications and Strategy to deliver aligned messaging and engagement
* Define and track adoption, readiness, proficiency and sustainability metrics
* Lead and mentor a team including Change Coordinator, Communications Officer, Business Analysts and Training Leads
Required Skills & Experience
* Prosci certified with demonstrated experience applying Prosci in complex organisations
* Extensive experience leading enterprise‐scale change programs, ideally ERP or large systems transformations
* Proven ERP experience, preferably with TechnologyOne (TechOne)
* Proven ability to embed change management capability into organisational practice
* Strong executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments (public sector highly regarded)
* Experience within Local Government / Council environments highly regarded
* Ability to translate technical change into clear, people‐centred impacts
* Strong coaching, facilitation and leadership development capability
* Experience working alongside unions and regulated environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement or Asset Management (desirable)
