Epiroc is searching for a proactive and self-motivatedProduct Specialist Coordinator - Surface Drills to join our expanding Product Support team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.
* Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel.
* Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
* Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.
Requirements:
* Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
* An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
* Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
* Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
* Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
