We are an exciting new venture based in the heart of Byron Bay's Arts and Industry Estate, combining a premium take-home meal business, a food and kitchen store (selling take home meals, ancillary food items and premium cookware) and an immersive cookery school. With a long background in Byron Bay running cafes, catering businesses, restaurants and retail food stores, we strive for quality and thrive on creativity and community. We aim to inspire people to cook, share and enjoy food in all it's forms.
We're looking for a dynamic, organised and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and grow our multifaceted business. This role spans three integrated areas: food production and logistics, retail store management and cookery school coordination.
You'll work closely with the business owners and Head Chef and play a key role in shaping systems, scaling operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
