About the Role
This is not just another workshop role. This is hands‐on heavy engineering at its best.
As a Boilermaker/Welder, you will be at the centre of rebuilding, strengthening and upgrading major earthmoving equipment. You will repair critical components, fabricate high‐quality parts and deliver machine upgrades that directly support fleet performance and customer success.
You will work on Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment, carrying out high‐precision fabrication, positional welding and component rebuilds to the highest safety and quality standards. Every task demands accuracy, accountability and pride in workmanship.
Safety is non‐negotiable in this role. You will actively lead by example, promote a strong Health, Safety and Environment culture, complete all required risk assessments and contribute to a workshop environment where everyone goes home safe.

Key Requirements
We are looking for a trade‐qualified Boilermaker/Welder who takes pride in quality workmanship and works safely every time.
You will bring:
* Trade Certificate in Boilermaking or Welding
* LF Licence and DG Licence or higher
* Experience working on Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment
* Strong FCAW positional welding and ARC gouging capability
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* A solid commitment to safety, quality and team performance
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high‐performing workshop
You must be confident, capable and ready to pass a weld test prior to commencement.
