Job Description
The role of Technical Services Analyst is to provide technical support and services to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second line IT support, ensuring that all IT queries are logged and prioritized according to SLA.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all IT Support queries are logged in the Service Management tool.
* Provide first and second line IT support to staff.
* Work to industry standards in meeting the internal Service Level Agreement and supporting the continual improvement of the Technical Services function.
* Administer the phone system and manage IT stock.
* Maintain ISO Accreditations and Cyber Essentials+ by following company policies processes and procedures.
* Develop self-help guides and documentation for the IT portal.
* Assist with home installs and provide support at remote sites.
