We are employing a casual Maintenance Officers (Handyperson) to complete general repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for a Residential Aged Care client located in Nowra NSW.

- Casual working Monday to Friday
Primary duties include:
- General repairs (installing or repairing basic hardware, patching and painting)
- Some grounds work (pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
- Preventative maintenance (schedule checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)
Selection criteria:
- Similar previous experience (trade, handyperson, maintenance, DYI)
- Knowledge of WHS requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transport and a licence
- National Criminal History Check (must provide)
- Be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (must provide Covid 19 Vaccination digital certificate)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Covid 19 Vaccination (preferred)
- Police Check (less than 3 years old) (preferred)
