About This Opportunity
* Gladstone based role working at the McCosker Head Office
* Monday to Friday casual arrangement for up to 6 months (potential for ongoing work)
* Competitive rate of pay
This position will provide effective, efficient, and quality support to accounts payable processing and related processes. This will include:
* Weekly Vendor payment runs
* Manage the AP inbox and process vendor invoice headers
* Liaise and manage both AP internal and external stakeholder
* Maintain Vendor and AP data
* Assist in maintenance of AP forms and policies
* Other tasks include Petty cash and credit cards maintenance.
About You
* Qualification/Training in Business Administration
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
* Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
* Highly effective time management, workload prioritisation, and planning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
