Role Overview
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in need. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as mobility assistance and transfers.
* Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and light gardening.
* Social & Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, and help them to stay connected with friends and family through technology and activities.
* Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, and provide transportation to medical appointments and other destinations.

Requirements
* Prior experience in community or residential care and a strong understanding of the role's responsibilities.
* A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care and current First Aid Certificate.
* A valid Australian driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
* Comfortable traveling up to 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach clients, and available to work Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend shifts).
* Full COVID-19 vaccinations highly desirable.
