* Review and collaborate with team members to assess service needs
* Schedule care providers based on client requirements, geographic area, staff skill-set, and availability
* Coordinate consistent caregiver assignments and service delivery
* Notify patients and staff of initial and ongoing schedules
* Optimize staff schedules to meet their availability and client care needs
* Document accurate records in the EMR
* Resolve patient concerns promptly and follow escalation pathways

Requirements:
* Secondary school diploma
* Related certificate or diploma preferred (e.g., Medical Terminology or Office Administration)
* Minimum two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
* Strong customer service skills, preferably in healthcare or other high-paced customer service environments
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
* Ability to handle issues and problem-solve with tact and diplomacy
* Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet, EMR)
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
* Proven organizational and teamwork skills; able to work independently and prioritize workload

* Advanced keyboarding skills and proficiency in scheduling software
* Proficiency in spoken and written English and French required
