Field Service Technician
Location: Western & Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC
Salary: $96,000 inclusive of super + company vehicle + fuel card
Type: Full time (Monday-Friday)
Role Purpose
We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join a growing and supportive team servicing customer sites across Melbourne's Western and Eastern suburbs.
This role is responsible for carrying out service, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting work on a range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
* Repair and replace damaged or faulty components
* Test equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
* Complete service reports, repair documentation and timesheets
* Manage service calls and maintain strong customer relationships
* Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What You'll Need
* Previous field service or maintenance experience
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
* Mechanical, electrical or hydraulic experience
* Current driver's licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
