Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a membership growth strategy that drives acquisition and retention.
* Lead and inspire a team across programs including volunteering, student voice, and international student engagement.
* Oversee engaging events and campaigns that boost membership numbers and create unforgettable student experiences.
* Manage budgets and reporting with both precision and creativity.
* Build strong relationships across campus, from student leaders to university executives.
Qualifications
* Experience creating and delivering strategies that grow and retain membership and customer engagement.
* Proven leadership skills – you build high-performing, inclusive, and motivated teams.
* Strategic thinking and strong project management capabilities.
* Budget management experience ($250K+).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* 3+ years' experience in management, membership-based, youth-focused, or engagement-driven roles.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset – you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
