Day in the life
On a day‐to‐day basis you will be an integral part of a close‐knit multidisciplinary allied health team, supporting people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
As a valued team member you will assess needs and then provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure that clients receive a safe return to work with their same employer or with a new one as part of their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
Qualifications and Experience
* An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
* The ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders in their recovery and return to work journey
* A passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals
* A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Driver's Licence needed)
* Qualifications and relevant registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
* Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
