Job Title:
Airport Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage staff rosters and oversee payroll administration.
* Handle telephone calls professionally and politely, responding to queries or referring stakeholders as necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager, including Lounge operations oversight and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Maintain accurate records of supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and verifying receipts.
* Establish and maintain systems for administrative areas of the office, promoting efficiency and productivity.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in rostering/payroll systems, particularly HumanForce, is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential for this role.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Professional and friendly mannerism is expected.
