We’re searching for a qualified, passionate florist to step into a key role within our team.
About the Role
**Duties include**:
- Creating premium floral arrangements for same-day orders, events, and retail sales
- Supporting daily operations, including prepping, processing, and merchandising
- Assisting with order fulfilment, customer service (in-store and over the phone), and POS
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our core values
- Overseeing store operations when the owner is off-site (as development progresses)
- Working toward team coordination and staff mentoring as part of your leadership journey
About You
- Certificate III in Floristry (required)
- Minimum 3**years industry experience**:
- Strong design skills across modern, seasonal, and bespoke arrangements
- Confident working solo or in a fast-paced team environment
- A passion for flowers, people, and creating happiness through your work
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and open to feedback
- Great communicator, self-motivated, and looking to grow in a supportive team
Position Details
- **Classification**: Level 4 under the General Retail Industry Award 2020 [MA000004]
- **Employment Type**: Part time or Full-time (negotiable for the right person)
- **Probation Period**: 6 months
- **Location**: Hidden Florist, Shop 2, 106-110 Gap Road, Sunbury, VIC
- **Wage**: Above award rate + superannuation, reviewed after probation
