We're partnering with a high-growth Australian fintech transforming payments and risk solutions for complex and underserved industries, with a strong focus on travel payments. As the platform scales and prepares for international expansion, they are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team.
This role offers the chance to work on high-volume payment systems, real-time integrations, and enterprise-grade risk and compliance capabilities in a modern, cloud-native environment.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
Deliver secure, high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend experiences
Contribute to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures
Ensure seamless integration across frontend and backend systems
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack
Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders
About You
Five or more years' experience as a Full-Stack Engineer using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and React
Strong SQL and relational database experience
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and microservices
Solid understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders
