No matter your background, current commitments or experience, you can help businesses measure and improve their customer service by pretending to be a customer and reporting on the experience. Our detailed instructions ensure that you know what to look out for and how to succeed.
We regularly engage clients from a wide range of industries, including retail, beauty services, cafes and fast food, pharmacies, vet clinics and many more, with assignments available across Australia.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written English
* Keen observation skills and a sharp memory
* Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet
* A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit
* Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change
* Strong ability to follow instructions, then ask for help when necessary
Compensation ranges from $20 to $50 for onsite visits and $15 to $30 for phone calls, and payments are deposited weekly into your nominated bank account. If a purchase is required, you are reimbursed and can keep the item.
All assignment details are available before you apply. You may apply for as many jobs each month as your schedule allows, but this role is very casual and may benefit from sign‐ups with multiple providers.
