About the role
Reporting to the Manager - Operations and Workforce Systems, the Payroll Officer will assist to administer the timely, accurate and relevant processing and recording of payroll and to contribute to the payroll team in their operating functions to the staff of South West Healthcare and its associated annexes or agencies.
You will receive support from the payroll team, and partner with the wider People & Culture teams.

You would have:
3. Minimum 3 years' experience in Payroll and use of payroll software (Chris21 preferred)
4. Ability to relate to a wide range of persons and professional groups.
5. Well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a team environment with limited direction.
7. Ability to work in a changing environment and demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills.
